Andrew is responsible for the strategic direction of all Anderson companies and ensures the group’s efficient and dynamic operation. With over 35 years of construction and development experience, there are very few issues around construction that Andrew has not encountered, managed and resolved.

Mark joined Anderson in 2005 from outside the industry. He brings a fresh outlook to managing, motivating and developing the growing finance team. Mark holds the title Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants

Joining Anderson as Production Director in 2013, Steve was promoted to Managing Director of the Construction business in January 2021. Having enjoyed a career in construction and development for over 30 years, there is little about construction that Steve does not have knowledge of.
