Our Long Service Awards have been a vital hallmark of our business which has been shaped not just by our projects, but by our people.
At MACL, the foundation of our success lies in the dedication and hard work of our team and the fact that so many of them stay with us throughout their careers.
Therefore, we were delighted this month, to celebrate significant long service milestones for three of our distinguished colleagues – with a combined 65 years of service between them.
Groundworkers Saulius Dumbliauskas and Vlad Kolesnikovas have each completed 20 years, and our payroll controller, Michelle Branch, has reached 25 years with the company.
The celebrations kicked off at our head office, where Michelle was honoured for her 25 years of dedicated service.
Michelle has been integral to our operational success, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting our teams through her meticulous attention to detail and dedication.
Following the head office presentation, we visited our Bloor Homes site in Rochford, where Saulius and Vlad, both employed as groundworkers, were presented with certificates acknowledging their 20 years of dedicated service.
Since joining MACL in the mid-2000s, they have been pivotal in our projects, embodying professionalism and commitment that has not only driven project successes but also set a high standard for their peers.
“Today, we celebrate not just the professional achievements of Michelle, Saulius, and Vlad, but also their incredible personal commitment to MACL,” said Steve Howe, Managing Director of MACL.
“Their loyalty and dedication are what make MACL more than just a company, but a family. We are immensely grateful for their contributions.
“As we honour these significant milestones, we are reminded of the strength and stability that long-serving employees like Michelle, Saulius, and Vlad, bring to MACL. Their stories are inspiring examples of dedication and are central to our identity as an employee-owned company committed to mutual respect and collective success.
“We look forward to many more years together and are thankful for everything they do to help MACL thrive.”
