We are pleased to share some exciting news. MACL has been awarded the contract for Phase 3 infrastructure and groundworks at Wycke Place in Maldon by our longstanding client, Crest Nicholson Eastern.

This latest phase will see our team deliver enabling works for 78 residential units, with the project scheduled to commence in April 2025.

Our continued involvement at Wycke Place is a direct result of the delivery teams high standards consistently demonstrated across Phases 1 and 2.

We’re proud to be continuing this valued relationship with Crest Nicholson and look forward to building on the success of previous phases as we move into Phase 3.
